My name is Stella and I’m a Birth Doula in Los Angeles, California with strong ties to Seattle, Washington. With a long standing personal history in birth-work and somatic-movement practices, I am eager to support you with informed and intuitive decision-making regarding your body and birth.

Trauma informed and judgement free, my role is to provide psychological and physical support while advocating for your needs and desires throughout your birth. I am trained in body work support measures such as breathwork, counter-pressure, and nervous system regulation. As a queer person, I am specifically invested in supporting queer, trans, and gender non-conforming families through their birthing experiences.

When I’m not working as a Doula, I work primarily with artists and creatives as a Studio Manager and Creative Producer. I have strong practices in writing + poetry, dance + movement, and cooking + baking.

(birth doula) As your birth doula, I will be on-call leading into your birth and attend your full birth to act as constant psychological, physical, and emotional support. Before your birth, we will meet a desired number of times to establish a relationship, discuss comfort measure preferences, birth plan, and ground in the role of the birth doula.

(prenatal and postpartum private chef) I would love to help you prepare for your birth or in your post-partum journey through stocking your kitchen with delicious, nutritious, and easy-to-access foods, snacks, and meals for you + your family! I am passionate about cooking and providing care through food. I can tailor meal prep support to your tastes, budget, desires, and preferences.
